Yummy handspun and hand-dyed
I spun this 100% merino yarn (2-ply) from the wool I bought from Turku Medieval Market. It's so light! About 30g was enough for a MarioBeret - love the pattern, by the way. I also love the cherry/plum shades of this wool. I got a business card from the lady who sold me the wool, Virpi. I don't know if she has a blog..?
Pattern: Heelless Sleeping Socks by Nancy Bush, from Knitting Vintage Socks
Needles: 3mm ebony dpns
Yarn: Juulibugi (from the owner of Naurava Lammas, bought at Turku Medieval Market)
I only had to use one 65g skein, and didn't even have to modify the pattern!
